What
Is Anxiety?
One in three people suffer from anxiety and yet
many may not realize that this is what they are experiencing.
Anxiety is characterized by excessive apprehension,
concern, and worry. There are several symptoms associated with
anxiety including: feeling insecure, nervous stomach, restlessness
or feeling keyed up or on edge, racing heart rate, sweaty palms,
