Congratulations on your new freedom from smoking. This recording is engineered to give you the support you need to continue enjoying a life without cigarettes. Try to listen once a day for the first couple of weeks after your in-office session.While, often, the in-office session is all that people need to remain free, this recording can be the element that makes it even easier to chose to remain a non-smoker. The recording below is more than just an exclusive hypnosis session for you. It also includes a powerful audio technology called Binaural Beat Frequencies or BBFs. These frequencies are embedded in the musical bed that underlies the hypnosis session. While you will generally be unaware of them, you might notice a subtle pulsing sound from time to time. These frequencies will aid in achieving a deeper trance state as you listen. It is important to remember that you must listen with ear buds or headphones to get the benefit of the BBF technology. While the hypnosis session is a powerful tool in and of itself, it’s effectiveness can be enhanced further with the incorporation of BBSs. It is not uncommon for a client to realize they were hypnotized only after coming out of the trance state. This is why it is VERY IMPORTANT to only listen to this recording while sitting or relaxing in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
